- How should I store the macarons?

  • For BEST results, macarons should be refrigerated and consumed within 1-2 days. If that is not possible, they can be kept in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.

- What's the best way to prepare serving macarons?

​​

  • Macarons taste best when the filling is soft and melts in your mouth. Please allow 10-15 minutes for the macarons to reach room temperature upon removing them from the refrigerator.

- Are there any allergy concerns?

​​​

  • All macarons are made with almond flour. Some macarons contain other tree nuts such as hazelnuts and pecans. Peanut Butter Fluff macarons contain peanuts. 

  • All macarons are made with egg whites.

  • Most of the fillings contain milk and butter. 

  • All macarons are gluten free except a few flavors such as Caramel Churro.

 * Please note that all macarons are made in the same kitchen, e.g. those containing nuts and those that don't. People with severe nut allergies should keep this in mind.
